Service and Support

The Security Division Service Department provides maintenance of the systems installed by the company. The department specializes in the DDS access control systems, the Risco burglary systems, and the Siemens analog CCTV systems and IP CCTV systems, programmed controllers (PLC) and long-term support for thousands of security systems installed at hundreds of sites.

The Security Division Service Department redeployed with the aim of improvement, increased efficiency and enhancement of customer service.

The reasons for the redeployment derived from several factors:

  • An increase in the number of customers wishing for a service contact to guarantee operational availability of the security systems
  • An increase in the number of service calls of occasional customers without a service contract

In order to improve the service, reviews were carried out to determine the needs and to deploy for provision of an appropriate response. The changes included:

  • Addition of professional manpower in the Service Department
  • Increasing the spare parts inventory in the company’s warehouse
  • Creating a training system for areas required by the customers

We provide a response to service calls in the framework of service contracts in different tracks and according to the customer’s needs and to occasional calls of customers without a service contract.
